This 20,000 square foot restaurant features four private dining rooms where guests may enjoy Carmine’s famous family-style Southern Italian specialties. Located at the Forum Shops, Carmine’s is the perfect venue for corporate events, meetings, social gatherings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, weddings and more. They offer private dining rooms for small meetings of 15, intimate gatherings of 25-50, parties of 100-500, or receptions for 1000 or more. 

The Piccolo
An intimate private dining room, The Piccolo Room seats up to 30 accommodating cocktail receptions of up to 35.

Rotondo
Featuring 40’ ceilings, an in-room private mahogany bar, and a vintage chandelier accent piece, the Rotondo Room seats up to 84 and can accommodate cocktail parties of up to 100.

The Terrazza
Featuring an intimate balcony overlooking The Strip, this room seats up to 56 and accommodates cocktail receptions of up to 65.

The Ritrivo Room
Gather in the largest dining area that seats up to 260 and accommodates cocktail receptions of up to 300.

Full Restaurant Buyout
Carmine’s restaurant is available for full buyouts seating up to 700 and accommodating cocktail receptions of 1,000 or more.
