Itinerary
– Friday, March 28: Arrivals to Calgary / briefing presentation
– Saturday, March 29 – Sunday, March 30: Calgary Outdoor Adventure Show
– Monday, March 31: Calgary Key Trade Partner Luncheon and Evening Event
– Tuesday, April 1: Red Deer Advisor Event (tentative, 10am-12pm) and Edmonton Advisor Evening Event
– Wednesday, April 2: Vancouver Advisor Evening Event
– Thursday, April 3: Depart Vancouver
The itinerary includes attending the Calgary Outdoor Adventure Show – a consumer show that welcomes over 14,000 attendees over two days.
Participation Cost
– $750 to participate in all events.
– Travel, transportation, lodging, meals, and incidental expenses will be the responsibility of each attendee.
