Thank you everyone who attended our July meeting. We kicked off with a jam-packed membership meeting! We’re honored to have Robert Graff from Travel Nevada complete an installation ceremony for our new board of directors. These are the people who are working hard to steer the club through its new adventures in the next year. Board members gave a quick update on what’s happening with the chapter.
Our new Information Technology Chair Hans Geskes gave an insightful presentation on how AI is Rocketing the marketing world. As the tech world keeps moving faster and faster, tourism entities are learning how to leverage the power of AI for unique tasks such as creating interactive 3-D virtual tours for destinations, chatbots for customer service, and assisting with writing SEO-rich blogs to grow web traffic, and much more. Thank you Hans for your valuable insights.
We also heard updates on what is new with our partner members Las Vegas Now and Sunbuggy Fun Rentals.
