Visit the HENDERSON VETERANS MEMORIAL WALL on Water Street. Henderson's way of honoring not only those people who have fought for their country, but the city's heritage. Henderson's memorial wall, which was dedicated on November 11, 2004, is inscribed with more than 1,000 names. One section of the wall honors several hundred Vietnam veterans, while another section is reserved for all deceased war veterans who resided in Henderson prior to 1980. Records have been maintained through the year by American War Mothers, a group of mothers and wives of war veterans.
CLARK COUNTY HERITAGE MUSEUM: You will find a unique collection of historic homes built during the Dam era, authentic rolling stock of a 1932 depot, and a resurrected ghost town and Indian camp. Museum and Gift Shop on premises.
